Yes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure a stylist is available to assist you. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited. - How long does a bridal appointment last?
Bridal appointments typically last about 1.5 hours one on one with your stylist. - What should I bring to my bridal appointment?
Bring any inspiration photos, nude or seamless undergarments, and shoes with a similar heel height to what you plan to wear on your wedding day. It’s also helpful to bring 1-3 close friends or family members for support. - What is the price range of your wedding dresses?
Our price range is from $1200- $3500 with the majority around $1800. - Do you carry plus-size wedding dresses?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of plus-size gowns to ensure every bride feels beautiful and confident. - How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?
We recommend ordering your dress at least 9-12 months before your wedding to allow time for shipping, alterations and any customizations. Though it doesn’t happen often a dress may arrive damaged, and needs returned, and a new dress ordered. Generally, the designer is able to get a replacement dress within a 3-month time frame. - Can I customize my wedding dress?
Yes! Many of our gowns offer customization options, including adding sleeves, or modifying details like glitter tulle or an addition of additional lace. - Do you offer in-house alterations?
We provide in-house alterations or partner with trusted seamstresses. Alterations typically start 2-3 months prior to your wedding date. - What is your return or exchange policy for wedding dresses?
Due to the custom nature of wedding dresses, all sales are final. However, we work closely with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice before purchasing.
Tuxedo FAQ
- Do I need an appointment to rent or buy a tuxedo?
Appointments are required to ensure the best service available. Not all Bridal Connection staff are available for tuxedoes. - How far in advance should I order a tuxedo?
We recommend placing your tuxedo rental or purchase at least 1-2 months before your event to ensure availability and allow time for any necessary alterations. - What is included in a tuxedo rental package?
Our rental packages include the tuxedo jacket, pants, shirt, vest, Windsor tie or bowtie, shoes, jewelry and pocket squares. Our All-Inclusive package is $199.95! Incredible! - Do you offer tuxedos for kids or different body types?
Yes, we carry tuxedos for all ages, from children to adults, and in various sizes. Slim fit is available as well. - What is your return policy for tuxedo rentals?
Tuxedos must be returned the day after your event to avoid late fees. Be sure to return all pieces of the rental package, including accessories.
Prom FAQ 1. Do I need an appointment to shop for prom dresses? Appointments are recommended during prom season, but walk-ins are welcome. 2. What sizes do you carry for prom dresses? We carry prom dresses in a range of sizes, from 00 to plus size, so every girl can find a dress that fits her perfectly. 3. Do you register dresses for specific schools? We don’t register dresses because when a girl falls in love with a dress, she will get the dress somewhere. This creates a negative opinion of Bridal Connection. 4. How far in advance should I shop for a prom dress? We recommend starting your search a few months in advance to allow time for any necessary alterations. Some start as early as December. Dresses start arriving in store in December. 6. Can prom dresses be altered? Yes! Our in-house or partner seamstresses can help with alterations to ensure your dress fits perfectly. 7. Do you offer accessories for prom? We carry a wide range of accessories, including shoes, jewelry, and clutches, to complete your prom look. 8. What is your return policy for prom dresses? Due to the formal nature of prom dresses, all sales are final.
